They run scheduled coral auctions (with "popcorn" bidding rules) and back purchases with clear shipping, hold, and DOA policies designed for live livestock.

Bringing live livestock and high-tempo auctions online creates constraints most e-commerce stores never face: real-time bidding behavior, strict shipping timing, and trust-building policies that protect both buyer and seller.
Proprietary bidding systems and Shopify optimization
Implemented auction logic aligned to Aqua-Vault’s rules: when a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, the timer extends by 2 minutes until bidding stops.
Built flows around Aqua-Vault’s shipping-box model and UPS overnight-only policy, including clear selection of shipping day/box and checkout messaging that matches their cutoff timing expectations.
Surfaced the practical reality of live-arrival coverage: DOA claims must be initiated within 1 hour of delivery and, when approved, resolve via store credit or replacement. Coral holds are supported up to 21 days.
